Tova
Tova has never been more passionate about her work and clients. With over 20 years of experience as a hairstylist in top salons across San Francisco, New York City, and Seattle, she has honed her craft with expertise and dedication. A certified Organic Color Systems colorist, Tova also has advanced training in cutting techniques from Aveda and Vidal Sassoon.
From 1980 to 1990, Tova worked at one of New York City's premier salons, Pierre Michel. She contributed to editorials for Cosmopolitan magazine and participated in runway shows for various designers. After relocating to Seattle in 1990, she joined one of the city’s first Aveda salons, where she embraced natural haircare as a leading force in the beauty industry.
In March 2010, driven by her passion for holistic living and organic products, Tova founded EVOLVE. As a gracious host, she collaborates with her team to offer the highest quality organic products, along with local and fair trade retail and art. Tova is deeply committed to creating personalized experiences for her clients. Her clients have affectionately dubbed her a "Hairapist," "Hair Shaiman," or "Hair Whisperer" due to the thoughtful care and expertise she brings to every appointment.
Tova is also a painter, musician and lover of nature.

Katelynn
Katelynn graduated from the Gary Manuel Aveda Institute in Spring of 2016 and joined our team in January 2017.
Prior to taking the leap to the beauty industry, she worked at the Olympia Food Co-op for almost a decade and is passionate about combining health and beauty. A nurturing soul, Katelynn really enjoys providing a moment of relaxation at the shampoo bowl, and also loves getting to know her clients.
Inspired by everything from nature to classic Hollywood glamour, to 80s pop culture and beyond. Her favorite thing about doing hair is getting to help people express their truest selves.
In her free time Katelynn can be found hiking or exploring the city with friends.
